Charlotte's House

Charlotte’s house is… well… crazy. Its fun, mind you, just crazy. Let’s put it this way. I have a wife who wanted 12 kids, now she wants 4.

We did have a lot of fun there. There was always something going on at the Later house. If there wasn’t something we really wanted to do, we could always take a bath in the huge bath room (not a bathroom, but a BATH room. All it has in it is a huge bath), walk on the beach/sandbar, or just watch a giant T.V.

Some of the things we did were
• Collect shells on the beach with the younger kids
• Make Ginger bread (a.k.a. gram cracker houses)
• Drive to New York and see the Empire State Building, the Statue of Liberty, the area previously known as the World Trade Center, and eat New York Pizza.
• Wake up to a beautiful sunrise
• Tell Joseph ghost stories
• Stop fighting
• Cause fighting (because, who wouldn’t want to sit by Uncle Gordon)
• Go to a parade where Elise sang carols
• Play Risk on the computer with Ethan and Ryan (and show them you can cheat on any game if you know how to manipulate memory while in-game)

The saddest thing is that we forgot to bring our camera on our trip, so we don’t have any pictures other than the ones that Kim, Tami, and Charlotte took.

Thanks for everyone for having us, we had a blast and would love to do it again (in a few years… these trips are bloody expensive)
